A Present.

This is something that was inspired by Stacy Julian on her blog. I found this something that I really wanted to do and snapped off the photos just before we went away knowing it would be the 1st thing I would do when I got back and had the time. The idea behind this is you have everything you need right now to be in the creative process and to join her along with many other scrapbookers to this challenge and give yourself a present.
- Take around 10 photos of your life right now.
- Make these photos into a mini album.
- Keep this album somewhere with in your reach for a year.
- Every time you stumble across your album take it out and have a look at it.
- On Oct. 1st 2009, create a scrapbook page about your experience. (and Stacy promises to remind all of us)
- Share it on your blog Oct.1st 2009

This album is a reminder for me to try and stay a little bit more organised so hoping it works. The photos were taken just after my big clean up and declutter.
I had a lot of fun making it as I never do mini albums.
Make it the best moment you can.
Until next time.

Simple but brilliant enough for the idea! I like it and wanna try it. You made me think "hard" to point 10 pictures since there are so many interesting moments in my life :)

Your vacation seems really fun. beautiful pictures...

Thank you Suzanne for your comment at my blog. I really appreciate it.

I might have to try this too. It's amazing what can happen in a year isn't it? You did such a good job on your book, how long did it take you to make it?

Hi Suzanne,

What a wonderful idea. The album is so nicely put together. I may have to try this. I am not an organized person so this may not work for me.

Suzanne -- way to go!
I'm always motivated to "clean up" for projects too.
I LOVE your mini album -- you should definitely do some more!!

Hello Rhonda,

I think this took about 3 hours, but that included stopping for lunch. I just kept at it until I finished.
Thanks for your kind comment.

I love your mini album. maybe that is what I need to do but in reverse. I'll make a mini book about my disorganization and it will shame me into getting organized!
